Daniel Beringer is a Managing Partner, co-founder, and speaker at GREENPEAK, with over 20 years of experience in entrepreneurship and private equity. He has co-founded and built companies generating over €500 million in revenue across sectors like business services, tech, real estate, and infrastructure. Daniel holds an M.A. in Economics from NYU and a B.A. in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from Keele University. He is also enrolled in the YPO Presidents Program at Harvard Business School.

Jens Cremer is a Managing Partner and co-founder at GREENPEAK, focusing primarily on finance and M&A activities. Previously, he was the co-founder and CFO of ROBUR Industry Service Group. Jens has extensive M&A and corporate finance experience across both small- and large-cap transactions. Before ROBUR, he was part of the investment teams at Starwood Capital Group, Westbrook Partners, and iStar Europe, covering various asset classes. He began his career in investment banking at JPMorgan Chase and in the Restructuring Group at UBS. Jens holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and International Studies from Yale University (USA).

Oliver Frank has been Fund CFO at GREENPEAK since September 2024, bringing over 25 years of expertise in accounting, controlling, regulatory affairs, and PE fund administration. He previously worked at PwC Germany and Commerzbank before transitioning to private equity, serving as Head of Finance at Deutsche Beteiligungs AG and Fund CFO at EMH Partners. Oliver holds a business administration degree and is a Certified Risk Manager.

Philipp Meyer is a seasoned private equity professional with 20+ years of experience in business services, industrials, and healthcare. He began his career at Bain & Co in Zurich, then moved to Stone Tower Capital and AEA Investors. Most recently, he led PAI’s mid-market investments in the DACH region. Philipp holds a master’s in Mechanical Engineering from ETH Zurich and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Robert is an experienced private equity professional, with a track record across both the mid and large cap private equity segments. He has deep expertise in the industrial technology, business services and healthcare sectors which are also at the core of GREENPEAK’s theme-based strategy. Robert started his 15-year professional career with Goldman Sachs in London and Frankfurt in the Investment Banking Division. He spent the last 10 years with EQT in Munich, where he was a Managing Director.

Abdullah Akil joined the Value Creation Accounting Team in June 2025. Prior to that, he worked in a Tax Advisory Company in Augsburg as a Tax Assistant. Abdullah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Justus Liebig University in Giessen with a specialization in Business Administration.

Aloïs Thieffenat is a Finance Manager at GREENPEAK. He combines hands-on post-merger integration experience with a strong accounting advisory background from the Big Four, most recently as a Manager at Ernst & Young. Aloïs holds a Master’s degree from ESCP Business School.

Andrea Grotzke has joined GREENPEAK as Industry Partner Investment Team in January 2025, bringing over 20 years of experience in renewable energy, project financing and electricity sales. Prior to GREENPEAK she has been working in various renewable energy companies. Andrea holds master’s degrees in Geography and Economics.

Anette joined Greenpeak in February 2026 as Office Manager. She brings over 25 years of professional experience, including many years in marketing, where she built strong expertise in organization and coordination, which she now leverages in her role at Greenpeak.

Arne Christes has been an analyst at GREENPEAK since 2022. Previously, he gained experience in buy-side and sell-side due diligence, audit and private equity through various internships. Arne holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen.

Benjamin Pross is an Investment Manager at GREENPEAK and joined in 2021. Before GREENPEAK, he gained experience in the tax-advisory team at EY, the buy-side M&A team at ROBUR Industry Service Group and the sell-side M&A team at GCA Altium. Benjamin holds an M.Sc. in Financial Economics from Maastricht University and a B.A. in International Business from Nuremberg Tech.

Carl von Möller joined GREENPEAK Partners in October 2025 as Finance Manager. Prior to GREENPEAK, Carl completed internships in the Investment Team at AURELIUS and in Audit at PwC and gained operational experience in the Procurement department at Sidenor in Bilbao. Carl holds a BBA from Esade Business School (Universitat Ramon Llull), where he focused on finance.

Charline Wurzer is an Operating Partner at focusing on actively driving value creation within the platforms, capital market preparation, as well as data and AI initiatives. Prior to joining GREENPEAK, she served as a Partner at BCG and worked in investment banking at J.P. Morgan. Charline holds an M.Sc. in Finance from the London School of Economics (LSE).

Christian Ivanov joined GREENPEAK in September 2025 as IT Service Manager, responsible for overseeing internal IT operations at the Greenpeak level. Prior to joining GREENPEAK, he gained experience as an IT professional in the fintech and pharmaceutical industries. Christian holds an M.Sc. in Advertising and a B.Sc. in Marketing from the University of Economics in Varna, Bulgaria.

Constantin von Salis-Soglio has been working as an Investment Manager at GREENPEAK since 2024. Prior to joining the company, he worked for several years at Encavis AG and accompanied transactions in the renewable energy sector. Constantin holds an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau/Singapore and a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from RWTH Aachen University.

Constantin Wagner joined GREENPEAK as an Investment Manager in 2023. Before GREENPEAK, he worked in the co-and fund investment team of Petiole Asset Management. Additionally, he worked in the investment team at Energy Infrastructure Partners (formerly Credit Suisse) for direct investments in energy infrastructure projects. Constantin holds a M.Sc. in International Finance from NOVA School of Business and Economics and a BA. in International Management from ISM Munich.

Corinna Schneider joined the Greenpeak Value Creation Team in December 2025 as a financial accountant. She holds a business administration degree and has twelve years of experience in taxation and supports the Greenpeak platforms with accounting and financial processes.

Daniel Lay joined GREENPEAK Partners as a Fund Finance Specialist in 2025. Previously, he worked at AssetMetrix, where he led the reporting team and gained broad experience in fund finance and reporting within the private equity industry. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Munich University of Applied Sciences.

Daniela Faber has been part of the GREENPEAK finance team since 2021. Daniela has many years of experience in the conception and distribution of closed-end funds and private equity funds. Her professional experience includes the BVT Group and the LHI Leasing Group. Daniela holds a degree in business administration (FH) and is a qualified tax assistant.

Daniela Mosch has been a Senior Executive Assistant at GREENPEAK since 2023. In her more than 25 years of professional experience, she has worked in various divisions of Siemens, consulting and private equity companies in the back office. She has extensive experience in administration, office management and research.

David Klemm joined GREENPEAK as a Fund Finance Junior in 2025. Prior to GREENPEAK, he gained valuable experience in controlling and corporate finance at the sports car manufacturer Porsche, as well as in private equity at Orlando Capital. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Accounting from the University of Regensburg.

Dr. Julia Keim joined GREENPEAK in 2022 as General Counsel and ESG Officer. With over 25 years of legal experience, she previously worked at international law firms and spent 12 years at Microsoft, including as European Legal Lead for complex transactions. Julia studied law in Munich, graduated with honors from the Max Planck Institute, and holds an LL.M. in International and European Business Law. She is also a certified Professional Coach with the International Coaching Federation.

Dr. Michael Ruoff, Associated Partner at GREENPEAK, has over 20 years of expertise in corporate finance, M&A, and private equity. Beginning his career in law, he went on to found a solar plant developer, served as General Counsel, and co-founded a healthcare venture investor before joining GREENPEAK in 2020.

Florian Kopp is a Founding Partner at GREENPEAK, leveraging more than 20 years of experience in entrepreneurship, strategy, M&A and PMI. He focuses on service-oriented industries like industrial services, renewable energy, and telecommunications. Before GREENPEAK and overseeing M&A at ROBUR, he led a measurement technology business and worked as a consultant at Booz Allen & Hamilton. Florian holds a degree from the European Business School, Oestrich-Winkel.

Germana Veneziano Niemeier leads our internal IR function, bringing over 20 years of experience in private equity, debt, and infrastructure markets, with deep knowledge of the international investor landscape. Before joining GREENPEAK, she worked at PwC Deals in London, focusing on restructuring, fundraising, and M&A advisory. Germana holds a degree from Bocconi University, Milan, and is a CFA charterholder.

Jan Riske has been a Junior Fund Controller at GREENPEAK since 2024. Previously, he gained extensive experience in accounting, investment compliance, and holistic financial and asset consulting during his ten-year career at a cooperative bank. Alongside his work in Asset Servicing, he earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Business Consulting & Digital Management from the FOM University of Applied Sciences in Munich. He completed his Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Business Administration and Business Psychology at the same university in Bonn.

Jessica Häfner joined GREENPEAK in 2025 as Executive Assistant. She brings over 7 years of experience supporting senior leadership in an international consulting environment.

Klemens joined Greenpeak as a full-time Analyst having completed an internship at Greenpeak in 2025. He holds a Master of Science from Maastricht University and has built a strong foundation in finance through internships across M&A, Private Equity, and Transaction Advisory.

Leandra Daum joined GREENPEAK in February 2026 in her role as Operations Manager.
She supports the Fund Finance team and contributes to broader organizational initiatives and special projects.
Prior to joining GREENPEAK, she gained experience in operations and administration at private equity firms EQT and EMH.
She holds an M.Sc. in Applied Economics.

Lena Weber joined GREENPEAK as an Associate in 2022. Prior to GREENPEAK, she worked for more than 3 years in Transaction Advisory Services at Ebner Stolz, where she gained experience in financial due diligence for buy and sell side projects. Lena holds an M.Sc. in Finance and Computer Science from the Technical University of Munich and a B.Sc in International Business Administration from the Eberhard Karls University of Tübingen.

After completing an internship at GREENPEAK, Leo joined our team as an Analyst in 2024. Prior to GREENPEAK, he gained experience through multiple M&A internships n Berlin and Munich. Leo holds an M.Sc. in Finance from ISEG – Lisbon School of Economics and Management with a semester abroad at Erasmus University in Rotterdam. For his B.Sc. in Business Administration he studied in Göttingen.

Louis Hug has been an Analyst at GREENPEAK since 2023. Prior to this, he gained experience at Ernst & Young, Commerzbank and most recently in the Private Equity sector at HQ Capital. Louis holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.

Luzia Stöckli joined GREENPEAK in February 2026. She brings 25+ years of experience in roles such as Executive Assistant, Company Secretary, and Paralegal, most recently specializing in AML/KYC compliance at a global asset manager. She also supported an M&A transaction of a Swiss software company. Luzia holds a Certificate in Paralegalism and completed the Swiss Board School programme at the University of St. Gallen.

Maria Lysenko joined GREENPEAK as an Associate in 2023. Prior to joining GREENPEAK, she gained experience in private debt as well as operations and strategic consulting at the Big4.

 Maria holds an M.Sc. in Management with a specialization in Strategic Management and Corporate Governance and a B.A. in Enterprise Economics and Finance from the National Research University “Higher School of Economics” in Moscow.

Marina Langer is Sustainability Manager in the Value Creation team at GREENPEAK. She supports our platforms and partners along their increasingly important sustainability journey and empowers them to generate sustainable value. Before joining GREENPEAK she gained over 5 years of experience in consulting, technology, and business development.

Martin Jahncke is a Treasury Manager at GREENPEAK and joined in May 2025. He has over two decades of experience in corporate treasury and financial management. As an expert in Treasury, he has supported leading companies in strengthening their financial operations and ensuring liquidity security in dynamic markets.

Martin Kellermann joined GREENPEAK as Director of Commercial Strategy in March 2025. He has over 12 years of experience in the renewable energy industry, working in advisory and corporate finance roles. He has successfully closed over ten deals worth more than €500 million across eight countries. Martin holds an M.Sc. in Energy Economics from RWTH Aachen University and is a CFA charterholder.

Max joined GREENPEAK in 2025 as an Industry Partner and brings more than 20 years of investment experience with a focus on clean technology and the energy transition. Prior to GREENPEAK, he was a Senior Investment Director at Aquila Capital and a Partner at Fjord Capital, following an earlier career in investment banking at Deutsche Bank and UniCredit. Max holds a bachelor’s degree from the London School of Economics and an MBA from INSEAD.

Maximilian Glass joined GREENPEAK as an Associate in 2022. Prior to GREENPEAK, he gained experience in the corporate finance department of Kroll, formerly Duff & Phelps, and in the venture capital fund Plug and Play Tech Center. Maximilian holds an M.Sc. in Management with a specialization in Finance & Investments from IE University Madrid and a B.A. in Corporate Management & Economics from Zeppelin University, Lake Constance, Germany.

Maximilian Sauter joined GREENPEAK as Investment Manager in 2025. He brings extensive private equity experience – from leading fintech and business‑services deals at Motive Partners and advising on M&A and due diligence at Altman Solon to beginning his career in transaction strategy at EY. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Science in Management & Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Munich (TUM).

Mishaal Haider joined GREENPEAK in February 2025 as a Manager in the Capital Formation Team. She has extensive experience in investor relations and fundraising across private and public markets. Previously, she spent over five years at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in London. Mishaal holds an M.Sc. in International Health Management from Imperial College Business School and a B.Sc. in Human Genetics from University College London.

Myriam joined Greenpeak in December 2025 as Legal Counsel. She studied law at the University of Trier and previously worked for an international law firm in the M&A team as well as in the Compliance department at Siemens AG.
Alongside her role at Greenpeak, Myriam is pursuing a doctoral degree, focusing on current issues related to anti-money laundering (AML).

Niklas Kessler is Controller at GREENPEAK and has been with the company since February 2023. He previously gained extensive experience at LucaNet, where he specialised in controlling, accounting, reporting and consolidation. He completed his academic education at the University of Augsburg, where he earned a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in business administration with a focus on finance.

Patrizia joined GREENPEAK in August 2025 as an Associate. Prior to GREENPEAK, she worked in the Deals department at PwC focusing on real estate transactions and valuation.
Patrizia holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Business Administration from the LMU in Munich. In 2025, she completed the CREA at IREB

Before joining GREENPEAK in January 2025, Ricardo Maier gained several years of experience in accounting and finance, including at the consulting firm b.telligent Deutschland GmbH. Prior to his professional career, he completed an apprenticeship as an office management specialist.

Simon Härle completed an apprenticeship as an industrial clerk and earned a Bachelor Professional degree from the IHK. He has held various roles in finance and controlling across the pharmaceutical technology sector, the automotive supply industry, and a start-up in the field of sustainable mobility.

After completing an internship at GREENPEAK, Sophia joined our team as an Analyst in 2025. She previously gained experience through several internships in M&A and private equity. Sophia holds an M.Sc. in Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and a B.Sc. in Economics and Business Economics from Erasmus University in Rotterdam.

Stefan Gattinger is an Investment Manager at GREENPEAK, which he joined in 2024. His previous experience spans roles at Waterland Private Equity and McKinsey & Company. Stefan holds an M.Sc. from London Business School and a B.Sc. from Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU).

Stefan Kronschnabl has been Head of Accounting & Controlling at GREENPEAK since 2024. Previously, he was responsible for Group Accounting at a listed private equity firm for several years as Senior Finance Manager. Stefan Kronschnabl holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Otto-Friedrich-University Bamberg with a specialisation in Tax & Accounting.

Stefan Melzer is Director at the Investment Team. He is a private equity professional with many years of experience in M&A transactions and corporate finance. Previously he worked as an Investment Manager at ROBUR Industry Service Group and in M&A advisory and strategy consulting projects. Stefan holds a Double Degree M.Sc. in Finance and CEMS MIM from NOVA SBE and graduated from Munich Business School (Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität) with a B.Sc. in Business Administration.

Stephan Kaufmann has been an Investment Associate at GREENPEAK since 2023. Before joining GREENPEAK, he gained 3 years of private markets experience at Partners Group as well as various internships during his studies in the areas of private equity, M&A and audit. Stephan holds an M.A. in Banking & Finance from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen (HSG).

Stephanie Menninger joined GREENPEAK as Director Investment Team in February 2025, bringing 15 years of experience in the renewable energy industry. Before joining GREENPEAK, Stephanie led project management teams for large-scale wind and solar projects on a global level at a leading company in the renewable energy sector. She holds a diploma degree in international culture and business studies.

Sven Other joined GREENPEAK as IT Manager Value Creation Team in 2025. Before joining GREENPEAK, he worked 3 years as Data & AI Consultant with a focus on Industry Services, Banking and ESG Reporting. Sven holds a M. Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from TU Ilmenau.

Tamara Oertel joined GREENPEAK as Marketing Manager for the Value Creation Team in 2025. Prior to that, she built and led Marketing & PR at a tech startup during its hyper-growth phase, which was recognized as Germany’s fastest-growing startup of 2023 by Deloitte Technology Fast 50. Tamara holds a Master’s degree in Media and Journalism from the University of Innsbruck.

Viktoria Sile Gonzalez has been part of GREENPEAK since January 2026. Before joining GREENPEAK, she gained several years of experience in team assistance and office management at Paragon Partners and Lazard in Munich. Additionally, Viktoria worked several years for Robinson and Aldiana, gaining valuable international experience.

Vivian Schmidt joined GREENPEAK as our Value Creation Manager in 2024. Before joining GREENPEAK, she was heading the Finance and HR department at a subsidiary of Allianz. She has a background in consulting at KPMG and gained experience across a diverse field of expertise, including product development, logistics, HR and Finance. Vivian holds a M.Sc. in International Management from the Philipps-Universität Marburg and Grande Ecole INSEEC Paris.

Yana Matova joined GREENPEAK as Finance Manager in January 2023. In her professional career of over ten years, she has held various positions in private equity fund of fund. She has extensive experience in fund administration, accounting, controlling and reporting. She graduated from the University of National and World Economy in Sofia, Bulgaria, and from the University of Applied Sciences in Munich, Germany.
