Munich, [24 March 2026] – VITAIRA acquires Hommel Pharma GmbH & Co. KG to jointly drive the development of a European, temperature-controlled specialty logistics group for pharma and healthcare services – ranging from GDP-compliant transport and storage solutions to GMP-certified value-added services.

The requirements for pharmaceutical supply in Europe are increasing: regulatory demands are rising, supply chains are becoming more complex, and expectations for transparency and reliability of supply are growing. At the same time, demographic change is driving higher demand for pharmaceutical products and related services. VITAIRA’s objective is to acquire complementary logistics and transportation companies.
