GREENPEAK successfully launches ENCOVIVA platform

February 11, 2025 – The GREENPEAK Group has launched encoviva, a successful buy-and-build platform specifically designed to acquire and consolidate service providers, IT companies, and firms in commercial and technical consulting, building services engineering (MEP), building physics, energy consulting, and energy procurement and optimization. The partnership is intended to make a significant contribution toward planning, building, and operating real estate in an environmentally and economically sustainable way, together with its portfolio companies.

encoviva is firmly committed to leveraging the implementation of sustainability goals to increase value in the real estate sector. GREENPEAK is pursuing an active acquisition and partnership model to strategically acquire or partner with companies that bring strong expertise and profitable business models in this space. The portfolio companies primarily serve large property owners and asset managers.

Early successes and outlook

encoviva’s first investment is W+S Real Estate Services GmbH, a company that has already established itself as a recognized name in commercial and technical consulting and management services. Five additional companies are already in the pipeline and will be integrated into the partnership shortly.
