As we move forward into 2026, we’re taking a moment to look back at what made 2025 such a defining year for GREENPEAK Partners.

It was a year marked by execution, growth, and strong collaboration. Throughout 2025, we achieved significant milestones:

• 🚀 Executed 58 transactions, enabling growth, transformation, and sustainable value creation within our platforms
• 💎 Raised over €400 mio equity capital in Fund III, CV-Top Up and Co-Invest
• 🏆 Received the Private Equity Wire European Award for “Emerging Performance of the Year: Buyout”, recognising our achievements and our commitment to excellence across Europe
• 📈 Established two new platforms, VITAIRA and atania, while advancing the development of five further platforms
• 🤝 Actively partnered with our portfolio companies on strategic initiatives, M&A, and operational value creation
• 👥 Expanded our team with 15+ new colleagues in PE, further strengthening our capabilities and culture
• 🧠 Accelerated our AI journey, rolling out AI-driven initiatives across the firm and portfolio and hiring key AI and data experts to build lasting in-house expertise
• 🏗️ Built and further developed our Value Creation & Operating Partner team, enhancing support for our platforms across their full lifecycle
• 🏛️ Hosted our largest AGM to date, to regroup and exchange thoughts with our investors on strategic priorities for the years ahead
