athagoras welcomes Ecker + Ecker and Accessus Health 

Munich, Germany – April 30, 2026 – athagoras announces that Ecker + Ecker GmbH and Accessus Health GmbH are joining the Group, marking a decisive step toward a leading position in Joint Clinical Assessments (JCA) and establishing Athagoras as a partner of choice for multinational Market Access. 

The combination brings together Ecker + Ecker’s expertise in AMNOG, pricing, and EU HTA with Athagoras’ capabilities across market access, health economics, real-world evidence, and European execution. 

This transaction materially strengthens Athagoras’ position in JCA, combining deep methodological expertise, proven execution, and a strong foothold in Germany, Europe’s most critical market for pricing and access. It also enhances the Group’s ability to deliver multinational Market Access through established local teams across key European markets, including Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, the UK, and the Nordics.
