2025 So Far – Full Speed Ahead

What an incredible first half year! At GREENPEAK, 2025 has already been a year of momentum, ambition, and big wins – we are very proud of the continued support shown to our firm by so many stakeholders.

In the first half of the year, we have:

✨ successfully completed 19 transactions – each one a unique opportunity to support growth, transformation, and long-term value creation for our portfolio companies and partners.
✨ founded 1 new platform – building from the ground up to capture a promising market opportunity and create lasting impact.
✨ welcomed 15 new team members – adding fresh perspectives, diverse expertise, and the drive that keeps our culture thriving.
 
And we held the closing of two important fundraising projects taking us to over €1bn in AUM (fair market value):

🚀 €80M top-up for our GREENPEAK Continuation Fund I – a strong vote of confidence from our investors, enabling us to back even more exceptional opportunities.
🚀 €300M GREENPEAK Fund III Final Closing  – a major step in strengthening our ability to partner with outstanding entrepreneurs and management teams.

These milestones are more than just numbers. They reflect countless hours of collaboration, strategic discussions, and the collective belief that together we can achieve extraordinary results.

2025 is also a year of expanding relationships – with new partnerships formed, existing collaborations deepened, and a growing network of innovators, founders, and leaders who share our vision for sustainable growth.
