Munich, August 5, 2026 – VITAIRA has acquired SCHNEIDER+PEKLAR to jointly advance the development of a European temperature-controlled specialty logistics group for pharmaceutical and healthcare services. The objective is to consolidate highly regulated transportation, freight forwarding, and logistics services along the pharmaceutical value chain and scale them across Europe.
