GKK Joins the encoviva Partnership

Berlin / Munich, November 3, 2025 – GKK Ingenieurgesellschaft für Hochbau mbH (GKK), an established construction management company based in Berlin, is now part of the encoviva partnership. With its decades of specialized expertise in the innovation-driven execution of large and complex building projects, GKK expands the network with in-depth know-how in efficient, innovative, and digital project management.

Since its founding in 1992, GKK has stood nationwide—with its five offices—for quality, reliability, and precision in construction. The experienced team of around 60 employees manages complex projects from tendering and construction management to site supervision—always focusing on quality, transparency, cost efficiency, and timely completion.
