Katharina Litke is Head of Human Resources at GREENPEAK Partners, where she leads the firm’s people strategy, HR infrastructure, and talent processes. Her focus includes organizational growth, leadership development, talent management, and building scalable HR structures within a dynamic PE environment. Prior to this, she held senior HR roles within an international investment group focused on private equity, real estate, and infrastructure, within a leading global TMT strategy consultancy, and a publicly listed fashion company. She holds an M.Sc. in Business Education with a focus on law from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz.

Johannes Hegerl
