Job Summary As a Value Creation Leader, you will develop and implement a comprehensive value creation strategy that boosts sales, integrates AI into core processes, and optimizes operations. You will work closely with the Managing Directors of the Holding and the CEOs of our partner companies to execute these initiatives. Additionally, you will occasionally assume leadership for specific areas, guiding diverse teams to successful and timely project completions. Key Responsibilities Develop holistic value creation plan focused on driving sales growth, integrating AI into core processes, enhancing core operations, and building a thriving group of companies Work closely with the Managing Directors of the Holding and the CEOs and management teams of our partner companies to implement value creation initiatives. Serve as an interim manager for specific topics if needed. Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful completion. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in business administration, medicine, bioengineering, or a related field. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in consulting with ideally 2 years operational working experience in a company Preferably industry experience in pharma, biotech, medtech, or healthcare services Preferably experience in working with small to medium-sized companies. Skills and Competencies Strong project management and organizational skills. Experienced in developing and implementing value creation concepts, managing change processes, and leading project teams. Excellent communication skills and high level of empathy. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities. Financial acumen. Full working proficiency in German and English. Proficiency in using MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
